I’m delighted to show you some of my glass pieces
Please note that the glassware displayed in this gallery has either been sold or is available through Yallingup Galleries and Aspects of Kings Park
Each stunning piece has a unique pattern based on West Australian landscape including native flowers and forests.
The glass goes through 3 different firings in a glass kiln. I draw with glass powder on clear glass and during the first firing this drawing fuses onto the glass. These pieces are then cut and assembled into two separate layers that are then fused together in the second firing. The final firing slumps the glass into the beautiful plate shape. If you’d like to see the process take a look at my blog.
Please don’t hesitate to contact me about something similar or even in specific colours that you would like. I am producing new work all the time so if you’d like to be notified when new pieces are available, please sign up for glass update emails and you’ll receive an email with photos and information of new glass projects.
